Jeet Kune Do is a Hard Rock-squad from Trollhättan, Sweden, founded in 2021 by four musicians united by their love for Hard Rock Music. They had all played in several bands before and amongst them you’ll find bands like Electric Earth, Miss Willis, Kapten Kermit, Gooesflesh, Rat Salad, Thn Rinkside and more. This time around their focus was to have a good time, play music they love and to play live concerts with their favourite songs made by their heroes through history. On the setlists you will find music from the likes of KISS, Whitesnake, Ozzy Osbourne, Deep Purple and more recent songs by the likes of the Hellacopters and more.
Soon enough the idea of writing new original music occurred and in early January 2023 they hit the recording studio at N3 Sonics in Trollhättan together with experienced engineer Gustav Ydenius (Mustasch, Sparzanza, Lancer, Sister Sin etc.) to record some original tracks. The debut single to see the light was ’No Halo’ and was released on the 24th of March. The second single ’I am your Doctor’ was released the 28th of April. Third one out in this initial trilogy is ”U Got It” and will rock your world by the 26th of May!
“Down Down”, the new single, give us a concentration of heavy rhythms, and distorted sounds. A song with a full-bodied general sound, thanks also to a guitar that gives volume and grit, making listening intense and well enhanced by instruments typical of that Alternative Hard Rock sound with the addition of further details that amplify and attack the sound, making it deep, and thus creating the right dynamic.
